RUBY CLASS - SPRING TERM

Y6 Sleepover was a great success with lots of fun and new friendships.

Congratulations to our Ruby Class students who took part in the High 5 Netball Tournament at Holsworthy Community College recently. They were all a credit to themselves and our school in both behaviour and achievement.

Christmas lunch was delicious and special with table decorations by Ruby Class and food magically conjured up by our Christmas elves!

Our nativity "Stable by Starlight" was a great success. Well done to all the children.

RUBY CLASS - SPRING TERM

FOR HOMEWORK PROJECTS See 'Home Learning' under 'Learning Hub'.

In English, Ruby Class have been exploring instructional texts. We followed the recipe for White Chocolate Strawberry Eyeballs from our model text, 'Incredible Edibles' by Stefan Gates. In the coming sessions, we will use this text to understand the purpose of parenthesis, commas for clarity and time adverbials which we will then apply to our own set of written instructions.
