Sometimes things do go wrong. If this happens, we need you to tell us so that we can try and put it right. We encourage concerns to be raised directly with your child’s school in the first instance. Often, concerns can be resolved together by discussion.
We also want to know when our staff have done a great job or gone above expectations. Your comments will be passed on to ensure that the team or staff member is recognised.
