Meeting the Public Sector Apprenticeship Target
The government has set a target that public sector bodies with 250 or more staff in England have a target to employ an average of at least 2.3% of their staff as new apprentice starts over the period 1st April 2017 – 31st March 2021.The public sector apprenticeships target ends on 31 March 2022. From this date there will no longer be a target set for public sector employers. . |
