This week( 18th June) the class had a dance lesson on Tuesday, had Ocra sports coaches on Thursday and ran a mile on Friday.

The children have written some lovely poetry- haikus- about nature and have begun exploring the hilarious story of The Disgusting Sandwich!

We have been practicing time telling in maths and in science created life cycles of butterflies, using technical language. We have also been caring for our growing plants and exploring what makes plants grow well.

We joined class 2 to make clay sculptures of insects, practice for Sports Day and prepare and eat delicious fruit salads!

Kiera earned the "ruby heart" for kindness and caring and Ruben earned a celebration certificate for amazing learning this week!
